Placing Orders for Goods
By placing an Order through the Service, You warrant that You are legally capable of entering into binding contracts.
Your Information
You may be asked to provide information relevant to Your Order (name, email, phone, payment details, billing and shipping info). You warrant You have the legal right to use the provided payment method and that the information is true and complete. You authorize us to provide information to payment processors to facilitate Your Order.
Order Cancellation
We may refuse or cancel Orders for reasons including Goods availability, errors in description or price, or suspected fraud/unauthorized/illegal transactions.
Your Cancellation Rights
Returns must comply with these Terms and our Returns Policy. Goods must be returned in the same condition received with all instructions, documents and wrappings. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving returned Goods using the original payment method.
No cancellation right exists for: custom/personalized Goods; Goods not suitable for return due to nature or hygiene and unsealed after delivery; perishable Goods; Goods inseparably mixed with other items after delivery; or digital content not on a tangible medium where performance began with Your express consent and acknowledgment of loss of cancellation right.
Availability, Errors and Inaccuracies
We continually update offerings and may experience delays in updating information. We cannot guarantee accuracy or completeness of information (prices, images, specifications, availability). We reserve the right to correct errors or update information at any time without notice.
Prices, Payments & Subscriptions
Prices Policy

All Goods are subject to payment via available methods. Cards are subject to validation and authorization.

Subscriptions bill in advance on a recurring basis and auto-renew unless cancelled. You can cancel via your account or by contacting us; access continues until the end of the current period. Although regular backups may occur, We do not guarantee no loss or corruption. Maintain Your own copies of Content.

EU consumers may benefit from mandatory provisions of their country of residence. U.S. Federal Government end users: the Service is a “Commercial Item” as defined at 48 C.F.R. §2.101. You represent that You are not located in an embargoed country and are not on any U.S. government prohibited list.
